Short-term holder supply (%)
Percentage of circulating supply that has gone under 155 days without moving (same cutoff as STH/LTH-SOPR, but looking at stock, not spending flow).
Why it matters
High readings usually follow sharp price rallies (new buyers entering). It's a snapshot of "how much supply is young", complementary to SOPR, which measures the mood of sellers, not how much supply exists at each age.
Build it yourself
Add up the young BTC and divide by total supply — a simple percentage split.
STH % = young BTC ÷ total supply × 100

How it's calculated, step by step
- The project keeps a daily snapshot of how much BTC (and its acquisition cost) sits in each age bucket (a monthly bucket since each coin was created), in
age_bucket_daily. - The BTC in the 0–30, 30–90, and 90–155 day buckets is summed.
- That subtotal is divided by the total BTC across all buckets that day and expressed as %.
